Keeping a RAM vehicle in great condition involves getting it the right service at the right times. It also means getting new parts when necessary. These are the RAM parts that need to be replaced on a regular basis:

Brake Pads

The more you drive, the more strain is put on your brakes. Over time, brake pads wear down, and eventually they will wear out. If you notice squeaking when you step on the brake pedal, this doesn’t mean they are worn out; this is just a warning sign telling you that they soon need to be replaced.

Batteries

Did you know that a battery will only usually last about five years? And it may not even make it that long. This is why it’s worth having it tested at least on an annual basis to get a good idea of when it might conk out.

Windshield Wipers

Wipers also don’t typically last very long. The more they’re used, the more they wear out. Plus, thanks to intense heat in the summer that can crack the rubber, they don’t even need to be used to deteriorate.

Oil Filters

Oil filters are meant to keep dirt and debris from getting into the engine. While they can be cleaned, eventually they get so dirty that they need to be replaced.

Tires

Tires don’t generally need to be replaced too often – a new set may last you about 50,000 miles. However, if you don’t have them regularly rotated, they will wear out a lot faster than that.
